I grew up on the West Side of Grand Rapids and graduated from West Catholic High. I earned my undergrad at Aquinas College, an MBA from Grand Valley State University and my law degree from Michigan State University. I returned to my local roots to practice law, building a reputation in Grand Rapids and beyond for high-caliber and compassionate criminal defense.

Always very prepared and poised
I was charged with embezzlement from my former employer. I was high up in the company and had actually quit before the embezzlement took place. I picked up a cheap misdemeanor recently which wasn’t too bad but I was on felony probation and was afraid of being sent to prison for violating the felony probation.
